Where's my order?
Once your Cowboy Swagger order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your carrier tracking number. Here's how to check on it.
Option 1: Use your shipping confirmation email
Open the shipping confirmation email from Cowboy Swagger and tap Track your package or View your order. It shows the latest status from the carrier.
Option 2: Log in to your account
View your orders to see every order, its fulfillment status and tracking link.
Option 3: Paste your tracking number with the carrier
Haven't received a shipping email?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we'll look it up for you.
